EPDM kep 270<\/h1>\n

In this product, we want to describe one of the most well-known grades of the EPDM kep 270 market.<\/p>\n

Kumho has been one of the most important manufacturers of various EPDM grades for over 130 years. The reason for choosing Kumho is not only this point, the very famous grade KEP 270 of this company can be seen in abundance in the factories of Iranian craftsmen.<\/p>\n

Ethylene propylene Dine monomer KEP 270 contains 57% ethylene and with a difference of one percent, it is quite similar to 3110M, the viscosity is 71 at ML (1 + 4) at 125 \u00b0 C and about 10% less than 3110M grade. Finally, it has 4-5% Diene Monomer.<\/p>\n

The EPDM kep 270 is from the well-known Korean company Kumho, and is also suitable for the production of more durable parts due to the use of metallocene catalysts and higher viscosity.<\/p>\n

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer<\/h2>\n

Ethylene-propylene dine monomer (EPDM) is a copolymer of ethylene, propylene and small amounts (3 to 9%) of dye monomers that form network sections for vulcanization. The Diene group is usually dicyclopentane DNA, ethylidene neurobone, or 1 and 4 hexadecimal DNA.<\/p>\n

EPDM can generally be used in environments where the temperature range is from -20\u2070F to 350\u2070F.<\/p>\n

Do not use ethylene propylene DNA monomer if the product is in prolonged or permanent contact with petroleum products.<\/p>\n

The use of EPDM rubber in food products or those in contact with aromatic hydrocarbons is also not recommended.<\/p>\n

Advantages of EPDM rubber<\/h2>\n

The advantages of this ethylene-propylene monomer include low electrical conductivity, water and vapor resistance, stability at high and low temperatures, excellent for Outdoor applications.<\/p>\n

This synthetic rubber is resistant to UV, ozone, aging, weathering and many chemicals.<\/p>\n

Ethylene propylene monomer (EPDM) is made in a variety of ways, including molded and extruded parts.<\/p>\n

Long service life, which results in fewer replacement parts and long-term cost savings.<\/p>\n

EPDM liquid type is also waterproof. If it rains on the roof right after using this material, the surface will still have its cover.<\/p>\n

If you are looking for an ideal material to cover your roof, you can choose the type of EPDM liquid because, as mentioned, it will not need to be used multiple times or primer, and if you use other materials for this purpose, It will incur higher costs and will eventually experience lower quality.<\/p>\n
