RSS 1

Natural Caoutchouc (NR) is produced from latex from rubber trees on farms. The most important models that NR is processed are: sheet, crepe, rubber block and latex concentrate.

As a significant improvement from natural rubber (NR) that has been processed is presented as natural rubber.

Smoked sheet rubber is commonly known as RSS. This material is made directly from latex which is processed and then made for coagulation. The coated latex sheets are then air-dried or smoked in ovens. Smoked sheets are graded based on certain parameters and then placed in different packages. Please refer to the table below for details on different RSS feeds.

Rubber sheets are marketed in two types (RSS) and (ADS).

It is the most popular of these two types of smoked sheets and is available for consumption. There are different grades of soot rubber, namely RSS IX, RSS 1, RSS 2, RSS 3, RSS 4 and RSS 5.

Sizes and weights vary depending on the country.

In Thailand, standard RSS packages are large packages of 111.11 kg per shovel and 171 pcs or 19 m / ton in 20% FCL.

In Indonesia RSS is packed in packages of 113 kg / shovel and 162 units or 18.306 meters per ton in FCL for 20 minutes.

In Vietnam the standard packing in small packages is 33.33 kg or 35 kg per package with 19.2 m / ton or 20.16 m / ton in 20’FCL.

In India and Myanmar the standard pack size is 50 kg per pack with approximately 20-20 m / ton per 20’FCL.
