Description
SVR 10
Vietnam ranks third in natural rubber exports after Thailand and Indonesia with 7.5% of total world tire exports. At present, China is Vietnam’s main export partner with 47% of the total export value. SVR 10 stands for Standard Vietnamese Rubber, as it turns out, V is from Vietnam, which is made in Vietnam.
SVR 10 is tough in nature. Therefore, in tire technology, this tire is mixed with RSS and low level CV50 to produce high quality products.
In addition, it combines with other grades of latex to produce a GP (general) product that meets the requirements and basic standards of rubber technology.
The best-selling rubber SVR is the SVR 10, but it has 4 very popular and best-selling models:
- SVR 20 rubber
- SVR CV60 rubber
- SVR CV50 rubber
- SVR 3L rubber
Natural Caoutchouc
Natural Caoutchouc has flexibility and strength, as well as impurities and vulnerability to environmental conditions and hydrocarbons. Compared to other tires, natural rubber is one of the most flexible types and is resistant to water and some chemicals.
It is also resistant to cutting, tearing, abrasion, fatigue and abrasion and has a working range between -58 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, it has high tensile strength and adheres easily to other materials.
By heating the Caoutchouc with sulfur, the double bond opens inside the natural Caoutchouc and absorbs the sulfur atom. By doing this, natural rubber becomes natural Caoutchouc.
